Went to Doctor...
...have antibiotics, was patronised, feel like shit, holding a hot water bottle to the side of my head to try and make the pain go away again :(

Excusing the lovely [info]squintywitch 's presence, why is it that every doctor you visit immediately makes you feel as though you've wandered into a casualty clearing station with a hangnail? I wouldn't even mind so much if it was a hospital, but it's a bloody GP, things like ear infections are surely a pretty large part of their remit?

Typically, I'm actually over at my folks atm because that's where my doctor still is. Yes, I know I should register with one where I live ;)

eeek, ear infection sounds awful. Glad to hear you've got some antibiotics to clear it up. Get well soon.

I think it's a GP thing. They seem to end up either crazy or cynical as hell. My doctor likes telling me everything I have isn't a problem and that whatever medication he's prescribing me won't work anyway. *sigh*

Not Jude of course, because she works in a hospital. They just all go crazy. *smiles innocently*
